I used to do a similar ride on Saturdays, starting from Johnsonville (which was a bit of a kent because the hill is not a lot of fun on the return leg). However, around the bays is very pleasant, and in the evenings you don’t get as much traffic.
However, with the amount of wind going past my office – it’s actually blowing in the out exhaust of the air conditioners and fucking with our building’s air cycling – I think you’re going to be a Hero class mob if you go out in that. You’ll be blown six ways to Christmas.
